The Sunnybrook missions ministry supports local, national and global missions through prayer, gifts and the service of our people -- all to bring glory to God.
Locally - we reach the lost by involving our people in ministries that serve Stillwater and surrounding communities.
Nationally - We support organizations and initiatives that evangelize the lost and train people for service, including Christian colleges.
Globally - We provide opportunities for our people to participate in mission trips that provide prayer, encouragement, practical help and financial support to missionaries around the world, including what is known as the "10 40 Window".
The 10/40 Window is an area of the world that contains the largest population of non-Christians in the world. The area extends from 10 degrees to 40 degrees North of the equator, and stretches from North Africa across to China. We support the work of 3 missionary couples in this region, including the Moore's, Parson's and Kalb's (see missionaries page for more information). You can find out more details about the 10 40 Window at the following web sites: http://www.1040window.org/ and http://www.joshuaproject.net/10-40-window.php.
