Our school exists to serve children and their parents with a Christian program designed to let children experience group learning activities in a non-stressful way.  We believe our three-morning-a-week schedule is age and developmentally appropriate.

Our Strengths include:
•    Christian environment (Bible stories, prayer, chapel, Christian teachers)
•    Low student:teacher ratio (average 8:1 in Preschool; 10:2 in MDO)
•    Emphasis on sharing, being kind, loving God
•    Exposure to letters, numbers, shapes, and colors through creative activities

Children leave our preschool well prepared academically and socially for Kindergarten due to our balanced program of structured activities and self-directed play.  We provide a warm, nurturing environment with lots of individual attention.

Mom’s Day Out (MDO) is a great first-step in helping your child learn to play with other children and be a member of a group.

Gaye Anderson, the director, has bachelors and masters degrees in Child Development and Special Education.  She teaches our pre-K class using a multi-sensory program for handwriting.  Many of our teachers have taught at Sunnybrook for years.  We love to get to know children and enhance their development.
